How the process works
1. Checkout → lock in your spot and access the upload instructions immediately.
2. Upload your mix via the Dropbox request link (on the next page). Include any notes + references.
3. Mastering + QC → your master is crafted, then tested and verified for translation.
4. Delivery → you receive final masters ready for release.

Before you upload: quick file prep checklist
• Export a stereo WAV at the same sample rate as your session (24-bit preferred).
• Leave a little headroom (avoid clipping on the mix bus).
• Remove any limiter that’s only there for loudness (if you’re unsure, upload both versions and label them).
• If your song has intentional distortion or lo-fi crunch, tell us so we don’t “fix” the vibe.
• Include 1–3 reference songs (optional but helpful).
FAQ: What if my mix isn’t ready for mastering?
Signature Mastering assumes your mix is already in a strong place. If something is clearly holding the song back (clipping, major tonal imbalance, etc.), we’ll reach out with the cleanest next step so you don’t waste money mastering a problem.
FAQ: What’s the turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on current queue volume. You’ll always know what’s next after you upload, and we’ll keep communication simple and clear.
FAQ: Can I master more songs?
Yes — after purchase, you’ll have the option inside your dashboard to add additional songs at a discounted rate.
